VB-PUO for the Investment administrator / asset service provider (BA)
The independent investment administrator, often the custodian, keeps the leading investment administration (ABOR). It receives the same SPR messages as the fiduciary and is the sender of return information (4) and value information per investment pool (13). Now that the ACB role has been discontinued, in many chains the BA also administers the units and sends messages 10 and 14.

Checklist
- Return information by T+4 at the latest (implementation plans) with plausible opening, flow and closing values.
- Preliminary NAV at T-4 and final NAV at T+3 with different messageIds.
- Code lists of the right release (ISOVAL, AFDIDP, AFDCAE).
- Per fund, record who sends messages 10 and 14 (issue #142).
