WTP Data Lab builds the layer between pension administration and asset management that the Wet toekomst pensioenen made necessary: software that creates, validates, visualises and exchanges the SIVI VB-PUO messages, and the knowledge base that explains them.
Since the SIVI standard was published in December 2023 we have implemented every release, from the first fourteen messages to Release 2027 with its corporate-actions message and JSON Schema 2020-12 migration. The platform validates each message against its release, visualises cohorts, portfolios and pools for analysts and boards, and exchanges messages with counterparties through APIs with feedback handling, chunking and an audit trail. It sits beside the system of record and never changes it.

The transition ends on 1 January 2028; the monthly exchange does not. We follow SIVI’s annual release cycle so you never have to.
We file our findings as issues with SIVI and publish the Kennisbank, the schema mirror and the validator for free.
SIVI publishes the first VB-PUO release: fourteen messages, four SPR and ten FPR.
The feedback message arrives; the error block leaves the regular messages.
Release 2026: chunking, investment portfolios in message 1, six-decimal formats.
Release 2027 pre-release: corporate actions, five messages discontinued, JSON Schema 2020-12.
Release 2027 final expected. The platform and the Kennisbank move with it.
