An APF runs several compartments, each with its own scheme and often its own chain partners. Each compartment is a pension provider with its own puvCode; an APF therefore sends and receives many parallel message flows and benefits from one validation and monitoring layer.
Per compartment a puvCode from AFDIDP (request new compartments from SIVI, see issue #144).
Per compartment, record which fiduciary and custodian receive the messages.
Deadlines
Per compartment according to its own transition date and TOM.
