Code list ADNFUN: Message function

Indicates the function of the message. The VB-PUO messages allow codes 01, 02, 09 and 54; 54 is sending a message with unchanged content again (not a correction), usually with originalMessageId as the reference to the original message (release v0.2.0). The feedback message uses code 23 fixed.
