Errors and fixes
- reserveType invalid (AFDRES)Choose the code from the AFDRES list as sivi.org serves it; if a reserve type is missing, request it via GitHub (codes 16 to 18 are under discussion).
- reserveIndicator without reserveType, or reserveType 99 without reserveDescriptionWith reserveIndicator = true always fill reserveType from AFDRES, and with reserveType 99 also reserveDescription. The WTP Data Lab validator reports a missing reserveType as an error for a Release 2027 message and as a warning for Release 2026; reserveType 99 without a description is a warning.
