reserveIndicator without reserveType or reserveDescription

Symptom

Schema-valid, but the receiver cannot type the reserve and books it as an ordinary cohort.

Cause

The three reserve fields are optional independently; only together are they meaningful.

Fix

With reserveIndicator = true always fill reserveType and reserveDescription.
