Schema error 'must match exactly one schema in oneOf' on reserveType.
Cause
The reserve type does not appear in AFDRES. SIVI extended the list to 16 codes in 2026 (1 to 15 and 99, issue #134). sivi.org serves them; since patch v1.3.2 (7 October 2026) and the final Release 2027 they are also in the code-list files SIVI ships with the schemas. A validator that only knows the old bundled list of nine codes rejects codes 9 to 15.
Fix
Choose the code from the AFDRES list as sivi.org serves it; if a reserve type is missing, request it via GitHub (codes 16 to 18 are under discussion).
