Flexible premium arrangement, model 1 (direct order model)
From trade instruction to order confirmation: the 00541/00542 cycle
Every trade instruction (5) gets an order confirmation (6) back that is coupled to the instruction via refKey and, for switches, financialInformationRef. Deviating execution is flagged with adjustmentIndicator; non-executable orders come back as feedback with status 0.
Steps
T-4 (model 2) or ad hocPUO → brokerMessage 5 with a unique refKey per transaction.00541
ImmediatelyBroker → PUOTechnical acceptance: HTTP 200/202 or feedback with status 0 (for example unknown fund).feedback
T+3Broker → PUOMessage 6 with tradeAmount (mandatory) and optionally tradeQuantity, tradePrice, costs and clearing details.00542
Rules and consistency checks
A confirmation without the order's refKey is functionally unusable.
