VB-PUO v1.3.1: Release 2026 (v1.3.0 July 2025, patch v1.3.1 July 2026)
Release 2026 added investment.portfolio to message 1, made the cardinality of message 3 0 to 9999, introduced the chunking protocol, moved numeric formats to six decimals, made startAge and endAge integers and extended the feedback message with originalMessageType; OpenAPI 1.0.10. The manual of 30 September 2025 (updated 6 October 2025) also describes the use of SPR messages in the FPR. Patch v1.3.1 removed the '(prerelease)' label from afdDefinitionVersion in all 28 schemas and 18 sample messages.
