The party that keeps the register of holdings in an investment fund and processes orders in that fund. In the FPR the transfer agent can be the party that processes an order; according to Tabel 12 messages 5 and 6 run between the PUO and the investment administrator, and that choice does not change the data exchange. Message 6 can name the transfer agent in the field counterparty.
