Errors and fixes

• switchfrom without switchto, or financialInformationRef missingPut the refKey of the switchto order in financialInformationRef of the switchfrom order, and vice versa, and deliver the two orders of a simultaneous switch in the same message. The WTP Data Lab validator reports a missing reference, or a reference without its counterpart in the message, as a warning and not as an error, in message 5 and in message 6. SIVI keeps the field optional on both orders (issue #115), and the two orders do not have to travel in the same message: the orders of a sequential switch can be confirmed on different days.
• switchType invalid (AFDSWI)Use code 1 or 2. If your validator cannot load the schema, register the code-list file under its file name (see the error on the schema draft).
