The organisation that keeps the pension administration, on behalf of one or more funds or as a self-administering fund. In the standard the PUO is the sender of messages 1, 2, 3 and 5, and the receiver of 4, 6, 13 and 15. The PUO sends messages 10 and 14 only when it fulfils the investment administrator role itself (issue #142).
