Consistency check

tradeQuantity × tradePrice is not tradeAmount (message 6)

Symptom

Schema-valid, but the PUO cannot process the confirmation consistently in the unit administration. The WTP Data Lab validator reports an error at tradeAmount.

Cause

The final Release 2027 lays down in section 6.3.2: if tradeQuantity and tradePrice are both present, then per trade tradeQuantity × tradePrice = tradeAmount. A difference comes from a price rounded too coarsely before the multiplication, from costs included in the amount, or from an amount of another order.

Fix

Compute the amount from quantity and price and round to cents; book costs and interest in commissionAmount and interestAmount, not in tradeAmount. The validator allows a difference of half a cent plus half a millionth per unit, because the price is rounded at six decimals. SIVI's own sample computes 102 × 98.04 = 10000.08.
