The receiver sends its feedback (accepted or rejected) as a callback and gets 400 back on it.
Cause
The feedback loop itself fails: the feedback message is invalid (for example originalMessageId missing) or the sender no longer recognises the original message.
Fix
The standard prescribes manual reconciliation: contact via party.contact, establish the status and repair the administrations; record the incident.
