The receiver cannot place the feedback or correction and reports 'unknown message' functionally.
Cause
The reference contains a messageId that was never received, was mistyped or belongs to another receiver (the same message goes to FM and BA with the same messageId).
Fix
Copy the messageId from the receiver's own feedback and check which receiver the original message went to.
