Several payments per scheme or a full IBAN under Release 2026 (message 14)
Symptom
Schema error on the number of payments (at most one item with entityType payment) or on the length of collectionAccountIban, with afdDefinitionVersion 001.04.
Cause
The final Release 2027 allows 1 to 999 payments per scheme in one message (issue #149) and IBANs of up to 34 characters (issue #135). Release 2026 (001.04, also in v1.3.2) allows one payment per scheme and 10 characters. A message built according to Release 2027 but sent with 001.04 fails on that.
Fix
Send such a message as a Release 2027 message (001.05) to a receiver that supports that release. If it has to go under Release 2026, send one payment per scheme per message; a full IBAN does not fit there, so agree with the receiver how the account is passed on.
